Science And Technology National Symposium

Quantum Information Science and Technology is an emerging area that harnesses the principles of quantum world to design quantum computers, quantum communication systems, quantum cryptography, quantum sensing, quantum metrology, quantum thermal machines and many more which are not  possible with the existing classical technology.

Under the Quantum Enabled Science and Technology (QuEST) program initiated by DST, we are planning to have the First National Symposium during April 11-13, 2022. The symposium will focus on the latest research and developments on topics related to Quantum Computing, Quantum Information Science and Quantum Technology in general.

The event will be hosted at the Centre for Quantum Science and Technology (CQST) at International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad. Currently, the plan is to have a hybrid mode and depending on the Covid situation, it can be physical or online mode.

This symposium is open to all researchers across the country, In addition to Review/Tutorial talks and Invited talks there will be contributed talks.
